Alright so the old seekers who knew me way way back...when I first got started as a Tantra Teacher back in around 2005...knew me as the Tantra Goddess of Philadelphia. Then folks started calling me the Bliss Goddess. After a while I was known for many years as the Sex Goddess of Philadelphia. That name fell away when I fell madly in love and got married to the man of my dreams...took a break from my practice and went on an scavenger journey into the wild of Plant Medicine and Psychedelic Healing work.
Time has gone by. That man who was the love of my life, passed away. I am still me. However, I am now a Plant Medicine Facilitator and to those who are ready for it offer Plant Medicine Assisted Psychotherapy Sessions. However, my main foundational gig is still Massage, Tantra, Reiki and Meditation.
However, these are now my rules:
In order to do Massage:
You must be on a path of Meditation, daily for at least 1 to 3 months before working with me
Not be vaccinated, and if you are vaccinated, rasing your vibration is that much MORE important!
I will not touch clients that are vaccinated and are LOW VIBRATION - you'll have to raise your vibration - - MEDITATE A LOT and then we can do hands on work - no problem, but only AFTER you raise your vibration, NOT before !!!!
Go to a sauna
Get acupuncture
Go to Sound Bath Gatherings
Do Breathwork (OR DO A BREATHWORK SESSION OVER ZOOM OR IN PERSON with me - THESE ARE AMAZING!!!!)
Anything that will help you raise your vibration: EE System, Binaural Beats, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Baths, Frequency Healing Music, etc
Healthy Diet
Helpful but not required:

I am an EMPATH - if you do not raise your vibration, I will feel it right away, and I will most likely feel sick for about 5 to 7 days. In order to avoid this, I need you to work with me and raise your vibration.
